Beta

GoPortaly is free during the beta

Free means free: no credit card, no trial countdown, no plan to choose. In exchange you are using something early, and this page is the honest version of what that means.

What it costs

Nothing, for as long as the beta runs. There is no card form anywhere on this site and no payment provider connected to the product, so there is also nothing to cancel. Pricing after the beta has not been decided — when it is, it will be published here rather than applied quietly.

What you get

  • Your own workspace, with your own data in it
  • Products, categories, costs, prices and stock levels
  • Customers and the orders placed against them
  • Quotes and sales orders, from draft through to fulfilment
  • Suppliers, purchase orders and goods receipt
  • Reporting across sales, stock and purchasing
  • Online order capture through a simple store

What isn't included yet

  • Accounting ledgers and bookkeeping
  • HR and staff records
  • A CRM pipeline
  • Support ticketing
  • Multi-warehouse stock
  • Payment processing, paid plans and billing
  • Single sign-on and API keys
  • Automated email of any kind, including password resets

Worth knowing before you put real data in

  • It is a beta. Features will change, and some things will be rough or will break.
  • No email is sent during the beta, so save the password you choose — there is no automated reset.
  • Don't make GoPortaly the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
  • Nothing here is for sale. There is no card form on this site and no payment provider connected.

How to start

  1. Create your workspace

A company name, your name, an email address and a password. That is the whole form.

  2. Sign in

You land on the sign-in page for the app, and use the email and password you just chose.

  3. Add products, then customers

Those two lists are what quotes, sales orders, purchasing and reporting all read from.

What we record while you use it

The product keeps first-party usage statistics on its own server — which features get used — so we know what to fix next. It does not store the contents of your business records, and nothing is tracked in your browser. The privacy page sets out exactly what is and is not collected.
